Transportation policy

At BALAILI, we are committed to delivering your orders in an efficient and reliable manner. The following is the details of our transportation policy to ensure that you understand every step from placing an order to receiving the goods.

Order processing time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (weekends and holidays will be postponed).

Customized or special products may take an additional 3 to 5 working days to process (the exact time is subject to the product page description).

2. Mode of transportation and timeliness
We cooperate with multiple international logistics companies to offer the following transportation options (the specific delivery time may vary depending on the destination) :

Mode of transportation: International transportation within the United States
Standard delivery (USPS/UPS) takes 3 to 7 working days and 7 to 15 working days
Express delivery (UPS/FedEx) : 1-3 working days, 3-7 working days
Economic delivery (USPS Ground) within 5-10 working days is not applicable
Note: Remote areas or customs clearance may cause delays. Please allow extra time.

4. Precautions for International Transportation
International orders may incur customs duties, import duties or other charges, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves (BALAILI does not make advance payments on behalf of the recipient).

Please ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure or additional charges.

5. Order tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link.

You can check the status of your package in real time through the "My Orders" page on the BALAILI official website or the official website of the logistics company.

6. Delivery issues and lost packages
If the logistics shows that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please first check the surrounding area or contact the property management/neighbor.

If you confirm that your package is lost or damaged, please contact customer service at service@balaili.com within 7 days and we will help investigate and resolve it as soon as possible.
