Refund and return eligibility
You can apply for a return and refund within 30 days after receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt by the logistics provider).
The goods must be kept brand new, unused, undamaged, and retain the original labels, packaging and accessories.
Customized goods, promotional discounted goods or final clearance goods are non-returnable (unless there are quality issues).
2. Refund process
To submit an application, send an email to service@balaili.com with order number, product name and reason for refund, along with a photograph of the product (if quality inspection is required).
Waiting for review: Our customer service will reply to confirm the return qualification within 1-3 working days.
Returned goods: After the review is approved, you will receive the return address and logistics guide.
Refund processing: After we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund the amount to the original payment method (credit card, Alipay, etc.) within 5 to 7 working days, or provide store points (optional).
3. Refund method
Full refund: Applicable to product quality issues or incorrect/missed shipments (including shipping fees).
Partial refund: If the product is affected in secondary sales due to use or human damage, some fees may be deducted.
Exchange: Exchange of the same or equivalent items is supported (provided that inventory permits).
4. Freight Instructions
Quality issue/wrong delivery: BALAILI bears the return shipping cost.
For non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost themselves (it is recommended to use traceable logistics services).
5. Exceptional circumstances
Orders placed over 30 days ago are not eligible for refunds, but you can contact customer service to negotiate a repair plan.
For returns caused by customer reasons such as incorrect address or refusal to accept, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
